This -ed ending Google Slides has been a great tool for teaching the three different sounds the inflectional ending -ed makes at the end of a word. I find Google Slides a great Distant Learning Tool for RtI Reading small groups. It can also be used for whole group or small groups.

I have created this I have, who has activity... to review and reinforce the six rules I taught on multi-syllabic word decoding. The six rules I taught were c+le, vce, closed and open syllables, r controlled and double vowel syllables. I variate the game by having the kids not only read the word but tell me which of the six rules the word belongs to.
