This is a math matching game. There are cards with sums on them and a matching card for each that has the answers on them. These pages contain pyramids with number clues and missing numbers. Learners need to work out the calculations to get the missing numbers. Accuracy is key. It is a good exercise to assess calculation accuracy and it is very easy marking.
Learners watch the video on how to bake Rice Krispies Cakes. They write out the ingredients and the method, according to what they saw in the video. They need to look on the webpage to find out the amounts of each ingredient. The learners then make these at home and bring one/some to school to share their baking with the class. Afterwards, each learner rates their own baking.
