Teaching style

My teaching style is structured, supportive, and student-centered. I design resources that are clear, engaging, and easy to implement—especially for students who benefit from repetition, consistency, and explicit instruction.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of my most meaningful teaching moments come from seeing students gain confidence and independence in skills they once found challenging. Whether it’s a student mastering sight words, successfully counting money, or completing a writing task independently, these small victories drive my passion for creating effective, accessible learning resources for all learners.

My own education history

I hold a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Special Education, with a concentration in ESOL, as well as an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Teacher Leadership.
