The Rustic Rainbow Ed

This form is a student self-evaluation. This is used for students to evaluate their character within the classroom. This resource is perfect to have during parent-teacher conferences. In my classroom, I have my students complete it with one color and then I mark it in another color. This allows parents to see both teacher and student perspectives. During conferences, I use it as a visual when talking about student behavior within the classroom.
