This is a conference sheet template designed to visually present student data to parents during Fall Conferences. This template has a section to provide the student's reading level, Assessment data for both reading and Math, classroom behaviors, and an additional comments section.

This bundle includes both Fall and Spring Conference Templates. It also includes the Student Self-Evaluation form that can be used to address the student's behavior within the classroom. All of these resources serve as visuals during the conference for parents. They also help you stay on track and on topic.

This multiplication fact game will give children a chance to practice their multiplication facts at home, or at school during a math workshop setting. This game kit comes with one game board for each one of the factors 1-12 and a deck of cards to play with. In my classroom I allow my students to play this as a station during math workshop. This has made my students excited about multiplication. I have noticed students getting quicker at skip counting and noticing patterns within multiplication.
