This is a great document you can use at the beginning of every school year. It's very thorough and allows you to get a snapshot of important information about your student. Parents fill out this front/back form and return to you. I keep the originals in my teacher binder and make copies to place in my substitute binder.

Teaching style
I believe all students can learn. My mission is to provide a quality education in a comfortable and supportive environment with high expectations of success for all. I strive to be sensitive to the individual needs and various learning styles of all my students. In addition, I love to incorporate technology into my daily lessons.

I received the Flagler County Teacher of the Year Award in January 2011.
My own education history
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Saint Leo College in 1998. I completed college in three years and started teaching when I was twenty-one years old.
Additional biographical information
I've been creating my own worksheets since I first started teaching because I wanted to use something cute and meaningful that truly assessed what I was teaching.
