This book has been created so students can find intrigue and curiosity in the melting pot that is the English language. There are many fun pockets of patterns and word evolutions to discover and this book has 25 unique etymology units where students work independently to learn more about the building blocks of language. My name is Lach Ormonde, and I am a 5th year teacher in Perth, Western Australia.
Teaching style
My teaching style is purely about engagement. Every lesson I try to deliver an experience where the students are excited to be learning. It helps that I love learning and get wrapped up in the lesson myself. For years I have been creating my own resources, mainly in the literary space. I would now like to share them.
