Experience

With over a decade of teaching experience, I bring a deep understanding of student development, behavior modification, and social-emotional learning to the classroom. I’ve had the privilege of teaching every grade from Kindergarten through 5th, across all subject areas. I’ve also worked in co-teaching environments, collaborating closely with colleagues to support diverse learners and foster inclusive practices.

My teaching approach is highly interactive and hands-on. I believe students learn best through exploration, collaboration, and meaningful engagement with content. I strive to create a classroom environment where curiosity thrives and every child feels seen, supported, and empowered.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with certifications in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education. I also have a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership/Administration.

Outside of the classroom, I’m a proud wife and mom to two amazing kids—Weston (6) and Charlotte (Lottie, 2). We share our home in Pacific, Missouri with our two sweet pups, Willow and Hank. I am also a part time Children's Minister at my church in Wildwood, Missouri!
