This is a simple chart to help with transitions. For example: first we got to the store, and then to the park. For younger children, using pictures for the transition help. For best use, laminate and place Velcro stickers on the blue boxes and the back of pictures of the place, item, or thing that the child will be transitioning to. For older children, write the words or have them write the words for first and then.
