The Try Angle

A Color by Number for students to practice finding perimeter, area, and circumference. 20 problems cover rectangles, squares, triangles, and circles. There are 18 problems based on images and 2 word problems. Once students calculate their answer, they must find their answer on the owl and color it the indicated color. Answer keys are included for both the worksheet portion (with all problems worked out step-by-step) and the coloring of the owl.

A Color by Number for students to practice finding slope. 10 problems cover finding slope from 2 points and finding slope from a graph. 4 problems require students to find slope and then use it to determine if the lines are parallel, perpendicular, or neither. 4 problems ask students to determine which line is steeper, and 2 problems ask students to use slope to solve a word problem. Once students calculate their answer, they must find their answer on the owl and color it the indicated color.

Fun riddle worksheet to help students practice writing the equations of lines in slope intercept form. Answer key is provided in two ways: first, the puzzle completes a riddle when all the questions are answered correctly; second, there is a step-by-step answer key. I use this puzzle for students who finish early, students who need extra practice, extra credit for students who want to work ahead, and as a fill in if I am gone unexpectedly (sub plans).
