This estimation jar is one of my new favorites to use with my kiddos! It teaches students how to find percents and gives them a tool to VISUALIZE and take ownership as to what percents REALLY mean. The kids liked it so much we did it again the LAST WEEK of school because of their interest! ☺ The Estimation Jar can be used over and over with your students in the same school year.
Complete with photographs, the teacher pages explain how to use the jar in your classroom.
