IEP Goals data collection tool

This is the data collection tool I have my paras and myself use when collecting data on IEP goals. It's really simple and easy to use. Just type in your student's IEP goal and you're all set! Each student has their own paper and I make sure that all my paras have a copy of each student's IEP goals so that they are able to collect data. Each of my para has their own clipboard that they keep these in. I check their clipboards every Friday and transfer their data to my personal data tool.

About the store

Experience

I am currently a 6th year teacher. I started out working in a self-contained EH program for grades 6-8 for 2 years. I am now in my 3rd year of working in the elementary setting for kiddos who have been diagnosed with autism or have a cognitive or physical disability.

Teaching style

My classroom is run on visuals. Whether it be for functional, behavior, academic, and/or social reasons.

My own education history

I attended Indiana Southeast University in New Albany, Indiana and received my bachelors in special education. I recently graduated from Ball State University where I received my Master's while studying how to work with students with severe special needs.
