About the store
An experienced occupational therapist with more than 10 years working with children, I hope to share some of the resources I use on a day to day basis for an affordable price. I believe that as educators, resources should be as accessible as possible to ensure that we can provide children with the best possible education. I often work with children with challenges in handwriting, emotional regulation, and sensory processing disorders. I provide educational support in the areas of Mathematics, English, Chemistry, and Biology but am primarily a school-based OT. My experience with students are mostly from pre-kindy to 16-17, depending on their diagnosis. I work closely with parents to formulate client-centred interventions for optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Large S with directional arrow

This large letter has been extremely useful in my experience working with children who have inversions or difficulty with the formation of the letter 'S'. At a young age, it is easy to flip your letters or write the letter in the incorrect formation, giving rise to a less efficient writing pattern. This may not seem like an issue but as children grow up, efficient writing is crucial to keep up in class. With this letter, an arrow is placed with a dot for the child to follow it accordingly, simi

These exercises have also been found to improve writing endurance of students, and can be administered easily both at home and in school. These exercises can be done quickly whilst watching a video, listening to a story, or eve

Classroom Brain or Proprioceptive Stretch Break by Occupational Therapists

Children often find it difficult to pay attention in class. Whilst many of us as educators experience it, not many of us know why. There are often a variety of reasons why children do not concentrate and may be disruptive. This behaviour is often the cause of a child's sensory profile, which may require giving them more movement based activities to provide stimulation. This proprioceptive/brain/stretch break has been tried and tested across multiple clinics and schools by my colleagues and empl

Emotional Regulation Activities and Session Outlines Planning Tool by OTs

Based off the concepts of social thinking, I have compiled a list of activities and session plans which I frequently use. These were formulated and refined over the years of my practice, which have been greatly beneficial for children with sensory processing disorders and emotional regulation difficulties. This bundle of session plans makes up a module I have completed with numerous batches of children who have been referred for emotional regulation challenges. There are 18 session plans inside

Handwriting - Clever Cat with Arrows Template by Occupational Therapists

The clever cat writing template has been used by teachers, occupational therapists, and educators all over the world. This template is simple - it provides you with the clever cat on the line with the corresponding letters. The letters have arrows which help children understand the steps to form a letter correctly. The lines, alongside the cat's different body parts, help children know how to size their letters accurately. I personally have used this template with multiple children I work with

Lower Primary and Kindy Attention Screen by Occupational Therapists

This attention screen was formulated to chart a student's attention across a day. With challenges in attention, it can be difficult to identify what is causing the reduced attention and as a result, how to help children with these difficulties. This document helps you identify what might be challenging areas for the student (i.e. Mathematics on Thursday afternoons). With the pattern identified, teachers will be able to formulate solutions to help children with their attention difficulties based
