About the store
I currently teach English 11 and AP English Literature at an independent school. Previously, I have taught all high school grade levels and creative writing. My lessons emphasize: academic writing, literary analysis, multi-media projects, and research. You will find that my materials are no-frills, but are quite simply the write idea for students!

This is a packet of 19 grammar worksheets that cover nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns, contractions, clauses, subject-verb agreement, and more. Each worksheet features an overview with examples which is followed by questions. I created this to brush up on grammar with my freshman students, but it works for most grade levels.

Free Audio Book Resources for Students with Disabilities

I am blind with some remaining vision. Accordingly, I relied on audio book programs and apps throughout my education. Here, I have compiled a list of my favorite audio book and reading programs/apps for students who are blind, visually impaired, dyslexic, or have a reading-related disability. I have used these apps in my own ELA classes with great success. For the sake of your students with disabilities, please check out this list as it will make a huge impact on their education!

FREE Bring Me: Grammar Game

This grammar game is perfect for in-class and online learners across grade levels. The game has students find an item in the room that corresponds with a given part of speech. The students race to be the first to bring the item to the teacher. I have played this game with older students as a review and have included three levels, increasing in difficulty.
