About the store
Welcome to my shop! I’ve been teaching in London, UK, for the past five years and have had the joy of working in a variety of schools, from private and academy settings to state and trust schools. Most of my teaching has been with children in Years 2 and 3 (ages 6–8). I absolutely love supporting children at this stage as they grow in confidence and curiosity. I’m passionate about helping every child succeed, and I truly believe that well-differentiated lessons and resources can make all the difference in helping children reach their full potential. Alongside classroom teaching, I’ve enjoyed taking on leadership roles such as Humanities Lead, RE Lead, School Council Coordinator, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead. These experiences have given me the chance to create meaningful opportunities for children and to see just how powerful education can be when it’s engaging and inclusive.

Experience

Teaching style

My teaching style is built around clear routines, high expectations, and a warm, friendly classroom environment. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and know what to expect, so I focus on creating a positive atmosphere where structure and encouragement go hand in hand. I love making learning engaging and accessible, while also challenging children to push themselves and celebrate their progress.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I’ve been recognised for creating calm, positive classrooms through strong behaviour management and for sharing lessons and resources as examples of good practice. Beyond the classroom, I’ve enjoyed leading on subjects like Humanities and RE, as well as Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. A highlight for me has been organising whole-school events such as International Day, which brought the community together to celebrate learning and culture. Most of all, my proudest moments are the everyday wins - seeing children grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and enjoy learning.

My own education history

I hold a BA (Hons) in Digital Media Design and a PGCE in Primary Education, which have given me a strong foundation in both creativity and teaching. My academic background in digital media helps me design engaging, visually appealing, and effective learning resources, while my PGCE equipped me with the skills to deliver inclusive and structured lessons that meet the needs of every child. Over the years, I’ve continued to build on this foundation through hands-on experience in a variety of school settings across London.

Additional biographical information

Teaching is my passion, and I love creating resources and lessons that make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and accessible for every child. I enjoy designing activities that are visually engaging, hands-on, and easy to use, drawing on both my teaching experience and my background in digital media design. Outside the classroom, I’m always looking for ways to bring the school community together, projects that celebrate diversity and inclusion. When I’m not teaching or creating resources, I enjoy exploring new ideas in education, finding inspiration in children’s curiosity, and sharing tools that help teachers save time while making a real difference in their classrooms.
