Research has shown that by reading for 30 minutes a day, students can strengthen critical thinking skills, increase vocabulary, build empathy, and improve writing skills! Help students stay accountable towards their reading goals by keeping a weekly reading log. These logs can be kept in student's homework folder and completed for daily (M-Th) record keeping of reading activity. Reading logs can be turned in at the end of each week.
