This assists parents in understanding the behavior of their child in the classroom and also allows the teacher to track each student's misbehaviors easily. I have always wanted to be a teacher! Ever since I was in Kindergarten I knew I wanted to be just like Mrs. Mielke one day, then after graduating from the University of North Dakota I was privillaged to be parnered with the most amazing 1st Grade teacher in Humboldt, SD (my hometown school) with Mrs. Mielke right next door!! I was blessed to be considered a peer by my mentor!!
