Circle Art Integration Project

This project is a 7th grade math art integration project. Students will need to solve for the radius given the area or the circumference. Then the students will set their compass to the radius to draw their circle. They will repeat the process for all 8 circles. The students will have the choice of coloring their project or using watercolor. What is included? I went to Kean University to pursue a degree in Special Education and Mathematics. I graduated in 2018 and I am certified to teach grades K-12.

Additional biographical information

I love inspiring students every day to be the best that they can be. In my free time you can find me swimming or skiing. I was a competitive swimmer and skier my entire life. I also am a swim coach. :)
