I developed this report card with each individual subject on a separate page. It is based upon the Common Core Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards. I am using it as I home school my children so that I follow the public school education if and when they go back to public school. It is done using Microsoft Excel.

This is an addition drill sheet that I used in the 5th and 6th grade but have also used it in 2nd and 3rd grade (not timed). I have not created an answer sheet because I have found it was just easier to model that these are facts that I can do in my head and still may go too fast for the students as they correct their papers.
