Need a simple but effective way to review DNA structure and base-pairing rules? Include this as a station in your review of DNA or as a practice activity during instruction. In this activity students will apply what they've learned by labeling two custom-created diagrams. The first diagram shows an expanded portion of a DNA molecule for labeling of nucleotide components. The second allows students to practice the rules of DNA base-pairing by completing a complementary strand of DNA.
