This product can be used to set goals and reflect on progress before and after the Diagnostic Test. It is great to have conversations with kids and help them see where they are at and where they are going!

You can make a copy, edit, and fill in what you would like. There are drop down lists that you will have to fill in. The last 5 sheets are all translated with Google Translate. Fill in the English version and it should translate to Spanish on the next form. The fee for this is for one teacher use only.

I use this to track the completion of lessons per week. We have the goal of finishing two lessons per week, and 30 minutes. You can check where they are at for the start of the quarter and then track it from there.

This page is used to accompany an unsuccessful test. Students are given a copy, in which they need to fill out all portions and return it to the teacher for a grade bump or to earn the right to a second chance.
