I have been a high school teacher for over eight years, and I have taught SO many different classes, including English 9, honors English 9, English 10, honors English 10, English 11, English 12, AP Language and Composition, AP Seminar, AP US History, AP Psychology, AP Seminar, AP research, and AP Government. My focus is critical thinking and developing not only writing and reading skills, but also a deep sense of empathy and multiple perspectives. I have six degrees, including a B.S. in Psychology, a M.A. in Education, a M.A. in English, two EdS degrees, and a PhD in Curriculum. I love using my experience and passions to make teachers' jobs just a little bit easier!
