Thirdling Magic

This narrative writing rubric can be used towards your students' rough draft of their personal narratives. Each element in the rubric is based on the CCSS for grade eight and is written in student-friendly language. It addresses the following elements: characters & setting, opening hook, dialogue, plot, and descriptive & sensory language.
