Teaching style
Generally, I'm a really relaxed guy.
Throughout my years of teaching, I've used various methods, until I eventually developed my own style.
Personally, I find that spending the first 3-4 classes to bond with the students is absolutely vital if you want to maximize student efficiency and engagement with the class. Make sure that everyone feels comfortable inside the classroom, and they'll be bound to enjoy their learning experience.
