About the store
My name is Kelly Czapar, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst. My career began in clinical and in-home settings, and in 2010 I transitioned into school-based work where I found my passion for supporting students, teams, and systems. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how critical it is for schools to design effective behavior systems of intervention, build sustainable tiered frameworks, and empower staff through practical, hands-on training that truly works in real classrooms. With 20 years of experience supporting behavior across multiple settings, I’m now expanding that passion by creating accessible, practical trainings and resources for educators, behavior professionals, and school teams. My approach is rooted in evidence-based decision-making, real-world problem solving, and lessons learned through two decades of data-driven trial, error, and refinement. If you’re seeking clear, actionable guidance grounded in extensive experience—not theory alone—you’re in the right place. I’m here to support others navigating this same path with confidence and clarity.
