This is a series of 12 power point slides that help students practice adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing integers. Answer slides are included for students to check their work. The final slides contain integer challenge questions that I used as a quiz at the end of this lesson. You can also print the slides out and use them as practice worksheets.
This pet project can be used to review Punnett Squares, alleles, and many other Life Science concepts. This project can be done in 3-5 class periods of 45 minutes each. Students will get to build pets and use their knowledge of probability and heredity. There is also a quiz included.
This document is an excellent resource to control students asking to use the restroom. I use this with 8th graders and rarely have students ask to use the restroom. As an added incentive not to use these passes at the end of the quarter I let students enter unused passes into a raffle. I give each student a copy of this on the first day of school and explain how it used.
