A half sheet that is based on a 3-strike process. You can mark how many strikes students have and list which rules they broke. You can also write extended details after you list the number of strikes and rules that are broken. Their are two half-sheets on the page.

This "While You Were Out" sheet has boxes for subjects so you can type in and make multiple copies if you have 1+ missing students for the day. It is colorful and can be signed by a parent upon its return. If fits right in with missing work that you are sending home.

This is an alert I send home when something is missing. It tells the date of the assignment, what the assignment was, and asks parents to sign and return with the completed homework.
