Many marking rubrics have moved towards A - E scales. The old gradebooks based on points don't quite work so well with this. Introducing...An Excel worksheet that generates a letter grade, based on a letter grade. Just look at the table to convert the letter grade to a number, and the rest is done for you. This sheet can be used for all subject areas, and can be altered as required.

This is an extended version of the freebie. This workbook enables you to have multiple subjects in the one file. It also picks up all the grades from each sheet, and generates a Report Card sheet (for a quick overivew of how students are progressing). The workbook can be altered as you see fit. This excel gradebook, enables you to enter separate assessment results, for the same subject. The results from each sheet will be compiled on a report card page for you, ready to go at assessment time. This is a blank gradebook, so can be nreamed and reused for a variety of subjects. Enter all names into the report card page, and they will be generated across the following five work sheets.
