I am a former third grade teacher, and currently the coordinator of gifted services at several school districts in Ohio. Prior to my niche in gifted education I worked in an inclusion setting and with students of differing needs and abilities. My experiences have given me great insight on differentiation and the need for differentiation yet also high academic standards for everyone. Teaching style

My style tended to favor teaching to the differentiated needs of all students. I love adding movement to teaching, hands on activities, and songs (even though I am not a good singer).
