I have 15+ years of teaching experience of Business and Management, working with a range of ages and abilities. My experience includes teaching various subjects like Business Studies, Accounting, Economics 1 & II, Business Law. My daily routine in addition to classroom teaching also includes the responsibilities of program design, materials development, assessment, and personal tutor.

My tutoring approach is student centered and I feel the tutor should always be flexible to the student, never adopting a one-size-fits-all approach. I love to get to know my students as individuals, and plan my lessons around their needs accordingly, identifying their strengths and weaknesses to really maximize their learning.

Achieved distinction/merit in Secondary and Higher Education. Received Appreciation Award for excellent work and continuous service. Use a range of assessments to motivate students with various learning styles and competencies, gaining significant experience in working with students having diverse needs. Manage Economics and Management department and meeting business goals and targets consistently. Prepared business module course book for Higher Education for the students to have better understanding of the business module Deliver process and control improvements by successfully implemented VLE system across all pathways. Successfully developed business, economics and accounting modules Invited to deliver a presentation to the UK Trade & Investment Organization (UKTI) in 2015 on “Communicating with the Indian Market”, including information on marketing, negotiating and consumer expectations. Delivered a master class on Diwali to enhance cultural awareness among pupils. Delivered a national level, one-day workshop in 2015 entitled “UKTI Business Hindi for Beginners” to representatives from medium and large scale UK businesses operating internationally, including oil, pharmaceutical, music and cosmetic industries. Play key role in preparation for Quality Assurance Agency visits and audits for Higher Education. Serve as module / programme developer for different modules modules.

I am a PGCERT, SFHEA and UGC qualified lecturer with 15+ years of teaching experience. I have a B.Com. and 3 master degrees (M.Com, M.B.A and M.Sc in Finance. I am also a registered examiner with CIE (Cambridge International Examinations) and am DBS cleared.

I am a dedicated, and an adaptable professional who enjoys the challenge of teaching and makes every effort to create a positive learning environment for the students. I love everything about being a teacher with a student or in a classroom with a group of students and motivate them to learn something new every day to accomplish the goals of having higher education in UK.
