This is a lesson plan template for a single activity. It includes all information needed to complete the activity while still aligning it with the Performance standards that you are using for your curriculum. This one is set up for use by daycare or toddler teachers, but can be used by anyone.

This is a scavenger hunt to be used outside in the spring time. Give children the option to search for different sights in the outdoors.

Template for keeping track of monthly daycare income by child and week. Simply place 1 child in each column, and fill in what they pay each week of the month. Handy area at the bottom to calculate earnings by quarter.

This is a form for use in a daycare. Parents can give consent for their child to be in contact with animals that live on the property. Required to have it for most states licensing.
