Checklist before seeing a teacher - conference checklist - student independence
Separate posters for literacy and numeracy encouraging and prompting students to check through their own problems and work. File includes Microsoft word versions and PDF copy. I bought a vertical menu holder and then put these posters inside, when it comes to the literacy time of the day I have it facing the students, then when numeracy comes I turn it around. A good tool to refer to as well when you're conferencing.
