I created this little craft to go over missing numbers in multiplication and division. I just did it in worksheet format to save time cutting and gluing. It is adorable if you have them color the snowflakes shades of blue then cut around the edge and paste it onto black construction paper!

This is a 10-question self grading quiz for Google forms. It is division only. It includes arrays, equal groups, word problems, and basic division problems that allow students to use their own strategy. The only strategy I did not include was repeated subtraction. This lesson allows students to explore the concept of multiplication for the first time using arrays. They will learn that multiplication is a way to find the total number of rows and the total number of columns or items in each row and combine that information to make an equation. There are multiple opportunities for students to observe arrays, create arrays, and explain/evaluate array situations. There are 12 slides total.

This is an activity that covers rounding to the nearest ten when a number has a hundreds place (3 digit numbers). There are slides with number lines and clues, slides that remove the clues, then toward the end the slides scaffold students into explaining their thinking. There are 14 total slides with 10 total rounding opportunities. There are also teaching/anchor chart slides embedded in the assignment for students to use as a reference.

This is an activity that covers rounding to the nearest ten and the nearest hundred. There are slides with number lines and clues, slides that remove the clues, sorting slides, and a final slide that has students round a single number to the nearest ten and nearest hundred. This activity assists students in solving for area within word problems. The assignment is a gradual release type assignment. The first few clearly give the dimensions. This activity was made to go along with the book "The Doorbell Rang" by Pat Hutchins. With my students, I read the book and we work out division scenarios whole group. Then, they return to their Worksheets and complete this activity as their independent practice.
