This is my 18th year in education. I have taught all three middle school grade levels (6, 7, and 8). I did my internship at a 9th grade biology class and a 6th grade science class. I worked at the local education service center for two years, and I'm now back in the classroom!

About the store

Experience

This is my 18th year in education. I have taught all three middle school grade levels (6, 7, and 8). I did my internship at a 9th grade biology class and a 6th grade science class. I worked at the local education service center for two years, and I'm now back in the classroom!

Teaching style

I love bright colors in my classroom. I have a job for every student every day in my science lab. I believe that putting in the effort in the beginning of the school year will make the rest of the school year go smoothly, with expectations and procedures in place.

My own education history

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree in 2005 from Trinity University. I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Trinity University in 2006 and am currently working on my Doctorate.
