Owl Behavior Plan Cards

Created by
Tracey
These owl themed behavior plan cards print 10 cards to a page. All six pages of business card sized behavior plans have a place to include the type of choice(s) the student is practicing to make, and room to include his/her goal. Each page has a different number of boxes on the behavior plans to suit a variety of needs. I've included 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 boxes per card. If you need a different number of boxes, message me and I'll be happy to update this product to work for you.

This PDF file will print 3 owl desk plates to a page. The owls are blue and green. The lines for writing are created to mimic the standard primary grades paper, with solid lines at the top and bottom, and a dashed line in the middle. I recommend printing on card stock for durability.

Grid #1 has the three lower thinking levels, and Grid #2 has the higher level thinking skills.
