I’ve been in the classroom for over 10 years, teaching little humans how to read, write, count, share, reflect, and believe in themselves. I’m a New York City educator with a heart for social-emotional learning, inclusive practices, and the kind of teaching that makes kids feel like they matter. Hi, I’m Alex Crisafi — a progressive educator, storyteller, and creative curriculum designer based in New York City. As a proud transgender teacher with over a decade of experience in early childhood and elementary education, I bring heart, humor, and purpose to everything I create.
