You have three options per chapter: small tab with just the focus phrases, large tab with focus phrases and pictures or large tab with space to create your own examples. Help students organize their writing notebooks and find the patterns quickly with tabs for every chapter.

These slides are an outline of teaching chapter 4, inspired by Patterns of Power for my 4th grade class. Just download and follow the teaching guide to teach the lesson from the slides. These slides are a general guide to help you present the lessons from Patterns of Power. They do not contain any of the content from the text. This is just an outline for you to fill in the lessons and present on google slides for the class. You can quickly copy the slides and add your sentences for the week, keeping a consistent theme to your lessons. All the slides are ready for you to just add your sentences and present. Content is not included due to state and grades having different needs.
