In this 35 page document, you will find 15 activities to increase autism awareness in your building. The activities increase awareness in the general education classroom, in the specials/exploratory (art/library/technology) class, the school community, and in the school hallways. One of the activities is a 2-day event for the entire school to participate in. These events have been spread over the entire month of April (Autism Awareness month).
Using Boardmaker pictures, students can learn antonyms. In this activity, students draw a line to match 6 pairs of antonyms. There are 2 pages for a total of 12 antonyms.
