Designed for the younger kids who cannot yet write very well but can understand pictures. The purpose is to familiarize themselves with the library. This is a one page document (thumbnails are not displaying quite right) Identifying what is in a library such as a printer or the drop box as well as where to find hand sanitizer and a tissue are important for new student patrons. Students needing to leave your classroom for the bathroom, restroom or nurse will use this form to keep a record of who has left the room. This is important in case of a fire drill. Students sign their name, where they went, time they left and time they returned.
