Color the pictures. Cut around the image LEAVING THE CIRCLES ATTACHED TO THE HEXAGON. Don't cut the black lines where the hexagon and circles meet. When finished the circles will fold on top of the hexagon, over themselves. Fast and easy activity to practice fine motor/ cutting skills and cutting. This Chutes and Ladders game helps students practice answering questions or reading sight words. This game board I use as a projectable but it can also be printed. I fill the spaces with sight words, cvc words, and UFLI Heart Words. I have a giant dice that the kids can roll. We split the class into two-three teams. The kids roll the dice and must read the word they land on or use the word correctly in a sentence. This is a poster that I used as an introduction to a unit about the our world. We learned that humans NEED 4 things to survive. When we have these 4 necessities we can begin our "life cycle". This is also a great poster to use for teaching lessons about camping and outdoor survival.
