Experience

I taught middle and high school physics and chemistry in Massachusetts for three years. I am now a software developer in Boston. For the last ten years, though, I've been tutoring students on a variety of middle and high school academics, standardized testing (like the SATs), college essays and applications, and college math courses. Teaching style

Learning should be interactive, even "boring" topics like the SAT. Practice is important, but every practice problem should teach a skill or new concept. Keep things efficient and fun!

My own education history

Graduated from Simmons College with degrees in Computer Science and Physics and a minor in Math. Earned a Master's from BU in Software Development.
