This small group planner offered by "Care About Teaching" can be used to prepare for small group instruction on a daily basis. Use one planner per group. There are suggested categories of content to teach during each small group session. There is a section to list the names of each student in the group, and his/her particular deficit areas. There is also an area to take notes on student performance during the small group sessions.
