This is a mashup short story of Cinderella and Nintendo. From the read there are SAT Practice Comprehension, Vocabulary and Writing practice questions. This can also be used as practice for the PSAT. I use it with my 11th grade AVID students. Its a fun way to provide reading and writing practice. It can also be used in creative writing class as student create a new ending to the story.

This is a poster is for use with thin sliced questions in the BTC mathematics classroom. It should be hung next to your group work space. When students are stuck, they ask and answer these questions within their groups to help progress thinking and group collaboration. These questions give students the opportunity to make connections as they think their way through thin slicing.
