Common Core Standards requires students to not only identify text features in a non-fiction text, but also use those text features to identify key facts or information. This activity gives students the opportunity to read differentiated short non-fiction texts and practice identifying the text features and the information they tell. Students will either respond through a multiple choice question, cloze response, or open-ended evidence based writing response.

Star homework allows your students to choose how much homework they do nightly. This particular design allows your students to choose from 2-8 stars each night.
