Balloon Pop Game - Direct Variation
Students are in pairs or groups up to 4. Each player needs to use a different game board (Coordinate grid A, B, C ,or D) Take turns spinning the spinner on wheeldecide.com. (You need to have access to the internet) Every player graphs the direct variation equation on their own game board. The first person to pop all of their balloons wins! The file is a Word Document with a link to Google Slides. Students can add a lines to the digital slides to save paper. Directions are included for print

Teaching style
It's my goal to create middle school math lessons that reduce math anxiety and encourage students to try. I want every student engaged in math and to feel successful. If you are looking to increase student engagement, especially with students who "aren't good at math," I want to support you on their journey to success!
