Experience

Two Suns is a digital studio dedicated to offering educational resources worldwide. The resources are created by shop owner Devon Browning, who has an educational background in elementary teaching, special needs, homeschooling, psychology, and technology. Teaching style

I believe learning should be engaging, creative, and meaningful. My resources are designed to take classic assignments and give them a fresh twist. I focus on creating low-prep, print-and-go materials that save teachers time while providing student-centered experiences. Every resource is aligned to grade-level standards and encourages students to think critically, express themselves, and take ownership of their learning. Whether you’re in a traditional classroom, a homeschool environment, or working in small groups, my goal is to provide tools that are flexible, practical, and fun — helping teachers build confident learners and stronger classroom communities.

My own education history

My background is rooted in elementary education, special needs, homeschooling, art, psychology, and technology. Over the years, I’ve combined these experiences to create resources that are not only academically strong but also flexible, creative, and inclusive. From my elementary teaching experience, I bring a deep understanding of how kids learn best — through engagement, structure, and curiosity. With a background in special needs education, I design resources that support a wide range of learners and focus on accessibility and differentiation. My homeschooling experience gives me insight into family-centered learning, making my materials adaptable for both classroom and home use. My love of art and creativity shapes the hands-on, interactive design of my projects. My studies in psychology guide my work in social-emotional learning and student-centered activities. And my background in technology helps me create resources that are practical, easy to use, and ready for modern classrooms. Together, these fields allow me to craft resources that balance rigor and creativity, while meeting the needs of diverse students and teaching styles.

Additional biographical information

In addition to creating classroom resources, I am also a children’s book author and illustrator. Storytelling is at the heart of everything I do, whether it’s designing a novel study, building an SEL project, or writing a picture book. My author background gives me a unique perspective on how stories shape learning, inspire empathy, and spark creativity in students. Outside of education, I enjoy art, writing, and gardening, as well as spending time in nature and working on creative projects that blend both learning and play. My passion is helping teachers, parents, and students connect through meaningful, hands-on resources that encourage curiosity and confidence. I believe education should be both practical and inspiring, and I strive to create tools that make a real difference in classrooms and homes alike.
