In this activity the students will read a short fraction problem that demonstrates the amount of time spent on certain events using fractions. In this assignments students will read a multi-step word problem and analyze a given solution. Students will have to determine why the given solution is incorrect and provide their own solution. Students will have to explain their thinking by writing a short paragraph that justifies their solution. Alligned to Texas Standards 3.4A (Basic/intro)
