Tamil holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University. Her experiences range from children with disabilities from toddlers to young adults. She has provided support within school districts, clinics, in home, and daycare environments. Tamil has worked with multiple diverse family structures. She is a successful serial entrepreneur of many genres of businesses. The last six years, she has exclusively worked closely with multiple practitioners, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Borad Certified Behavioral Analysts. Tamil agrees that assessing and observing the functions of behavior is pivotal towards getting a true understanding of individual behaviors. She advocates that problem behaviors can be changed with replacement behaviors with using positive and effective techniques. Early intervention is crucial toward improving behaviors through the process of a child’s development.
