I have 5 years of classroom experience and am a current Children's librarian at my local public library. I have served as a grade level chair and RTI representative. I have a passion for teaching social studies, but know first hand that it is hard to "find the time" to teach it on its own. I have worked to create social studies content that can be utilized when teaching RI standards to ensure that students get the content they need, both in reading, and social studies.
