About the store
Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m a Visual Art teacher and student leadership advisor who loves designing creative, structured, and student-centered learning experiences. In my classroom, students learn through clear routines, hands-on exploration, collaborative roles, and real-world design challenges—from 3D sculpture and branding projects to classroom jobs and committee-style teamwork. My teaching style blends creativity with purposeful structure. I model techniques step-by-step, give students the tools they need to take ownership of their work, and build classroom systems that keep everyone engaged and on track. I believe students do their best work when the environment is joyful, organized, and full of opportunities to explore big ideas. In this shop, you’ll find resources from both sides of my teaching world: • Art classroom materials like project guides, skill-building exercises, rubrics, and studio routines • Leadership tools inspired by my work with student government—project proposal templates, organizational systems, and event-planning resources originally used in a real program All of my materials come from classroom practice, and I refine them with the goal of making teaching smoother and learning more meaningful.
